Registration Guidelines:
- Authors should make the registration upon acceptance of their submitted research manuscript
- For listeners who are interested in attending ICWS 2025, please register also in the registration link, and the registration committee will contact you after receiving your registration.
- Registration is compulsory to attend ICWS 2026.

* Authors and presenters can only start the registration process when the research paper is accepted by ICWS 2026 committee.
Submission Guidelines:
- Submit a research paper, an image of visual art, or a 3-5 minute video of a performing arts presentation.
- Videos can be PowerPoint presentations, edited Zoom recordings, or any format showcasing creative work.

Presentation Guidelines:
Oral Presentation
Each oral presentation will last 12 minutes and 3 minutes of Q and A. English is the only language to be used during the presentation. Each presenter must manage the time allocation. Time limitation will be strictly implemented. The presentations will be evaluated. One best presentation will be selected and awarded from each session.
